First Line Residence was a concept development project that investigated some of the options available
to the client for their rural lot. The 5-40’ long shipping containers were arranged with the common living space on the second floor to take advantage of the view of the adjacent hills and nearby pond.

Retaining walls of the same material as the containers are used for the approach ramp to
the majestic deck and living space on the second floor.
